Sun Plans is a small company with no special coupon codes, but after the order is placed you can trust us to give you a 25% refund after the order is placed online. We will also check our records of what else you have purchased (or surveys you have taken) to see if you have any other credits due. Of course, as always, if you are not in a hurry, there is the option of mailing a check or calling us to provide us with your credit card information over the phone.
Even if you plan on having Sun Plans make changes to a design, you can still purchase the Construction Prints in November, but hold off on getting the paper drawings until after the changes are made. (CAD Files are complementary when adaptations are made as the builder or engineer often likes to have them.)

As always, Custom Energy Specs specify options for the insulation R-values and describe recommendations (if any) for changes in overhang lengths, window sizes and thermal mass specific to the location, particular home design, and customer's energy priorities.
