(To receive credit for previous Construction Review Set orders: When you are
ready to place an order for blueprints, erasable vellums, or CAD files, and
have previously bought a construction review set, there are two suggested
ways to handle the credit:
1) Order the plans, then reply to the automatically generated e-mail you will
immediately receive from us. Tell us that you have previously order the Construction
Review Set. After we verify details of the date amount, we issue a credit
to your credit card. With every order, we check for previous construction
review purchases anyway, so even if you forget to e-mail us, you can trust
us to check and automatically issue the credit. It will either show up as
two transactions on your card (purchase and credit), or if we catch it fast
enough, it may only show up as one reduced amount on your credit card statement.
2) Pay with the custom payment link and enter the adjusted price which would
be the price of what you are ordering, less the previous Construction Review

Be sure to include a detailed description of what you are ordering either
in the description box or in a separate e-mail
In any case, you will receive an email from us verifying the order on the
first business day us after you place the order for blueprints, erasable vellums,
or CAD files. We will most likely request additional information we may need
to complete the custom energy recommendations and prepare CAD files if applicable.
To upgrade from a previous Study Plan order to a Construction Review Set
The process for upgrading from a previous Study Plan order to Construction
Review Set is similar. Use the custom payment link above and enter the price
difference plus a $15 upgrade fee, or just rely on us to check and issue a
credit after you place the Construction Review Set order.

- Except large drawings, our prices include airmail or ground shipping in
the United States. (Canada is extra with a $10 for books, study plans, and
construction review sets payable through the custom payment link on the shopping
cart.)
- Books, Study Plans, and Construction Review Sets are normally shipped out
within one business day via USPS Priority mail 3-5 day average) in the US
and airmail (5-10 days) to Canada.
- Blueprints, Erasable Vellums, and CAD files, all of which include our custom
energy recommendations, are normally shipped out within 5 business days. Sometimes
this may take longer if the architect is out of town as she personally prepares
the custom energy recommendations.
- CAD files are sent by USPS Priority Mail
- Blueprints and Erasable Vellums are sent by UPS Ground in the US and should
arrive in 3-7 days from when leave our printers. (Orders sent to PO Boxes,
Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii , please add $75 through the custom payment link
on the shopping cart.)
- For overnight UPS shipping of Blueprints or Erasable Vellums, please add
$100 (for Canada, this is in addition to the $75), but note that our plan
preparation still includes 5 business days to allow for preparation of the
custom energy recommendations. (If you need them quicker, please contact us
to first see if it is possible and note that an additional overtime/expedited
fee will most likely apply.)
- CAD files (and associated documents) can be sent by e-mail attachments (if
you specifically requst) in addition to the surface mail, but still allow
the 5 business days to allow for custom energy recommendations, checking,
and CAD file prepping. Also, please verify that you email server can receive
large files of approx. 5 MB.
- Upon request, we can send PDF files for most of our Study Plans and Construction
Review Sets. There is no extra charge if you request PDF by e-mail sending
instead of 11x17 printed by the US Priority mail shipping so you need
to let us know quickly - just reply ASAP to the e-mail receipt you will receive
after you place the order through our shopping cart. Study Plans and Construction
Review Sets are normally e-mailed within 1 business day.
- If you want the PDF files sent by e-mail in addition to the 11x17
printed set, please add $10 for Study Plans and $15 for Construction Review
Sets via our custom
payment shopping cart .
- Please note that some e-mail services such as Hotmail have problems receiving
larger attachments, so please check with them first prior to ordering PDF
files from us as some can be as large as 5MB.
- Note that orders received nights, weekends, holidays and during occasional
vacation time may not be sent until the next business day.
All of our prices are listed in US Dollars. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Our products may not be returned, nor do we give refunds on our products or
services since copyrighted works can easily be traced or copied. At our discretion
and depending upon how much time we have put into the order, we may allow a
partial credit on another plan.
Cancellations must be made by the end of the day in which the order was placed,
only on business days, and only if we have not already mailed out the order.
Once shipped, the order may not be cancelled. (See return policy.) Other cancellations
that have not already been shipped. may be subject to a fee that varies based
on the price of the item purchased since our credit card processing fees vary
with price. In the event that you make a mistake in your order, please email
us ASAP after the order is placed. You may also want to give us a call. We may
then credit you the amount paid less the credit card processing fee and our
time spent in any order preparation such as the time for preparing custom energy
recommendations. If you order a similarly priced item instead, there may be
no additional charges.
- We may be able to accommodate
overseas orders of our book, study plans, and construction review sets by
one of several methods (we apologize that our Internet shopping cart is not
set up for international orders). The shipping price increases by $15 to cover
Global Priority Mail shipping for these products.
- Orders for blueprints, erasable
vellums, and CAD files have to be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please
e-mail us for a price for shipping.
- We ship via USPS Global Priority
Mail, which should arrive in 4-6 business days from when we receive your funds.
Please make the check or money order in US Funds. We can also accept credit
card orders that have a US or Canadian billing address.
- You may also fax in the order
with your credit card number on our downloadable
order form.
- For all international orders,
please e-mail us your intended
method of payment so that we may be aware that it is coming outside of our
normal ordering process.
- We reserve the right to refuse
orders that we are not comfortable with the payment method, shipping, etc.

Custom Energy Recommendations does not include countries other than the US
or Canada and latitudes lower than 25 degrees N.
