Price (including purchases of more than one) can be deducted from full construction
orders below, but may be subject to some limitations.
Products - Construction
The following products are available for construction. Each house plan order
comes with permission to build the home one time. CAD files and Erasable Vellums
come with a copyright release to allow the design to be modified one time to
build one house. These for-construction products include some custom services
such as the preparing the Specs with Custom Energy Recommendations, or prepping
the CAD files, or reversing the design, and sometimes updating to our current
in-house checklist for older plans.
Blueprints
Construction drawings on large 24x36 paper. Order if you are going to build
the house without changes. Does not come with permission to alter nor copy
the design.
Erasable Vellums
Construction drawings on 24x36 erasable vellum paper to aid in customized
changes by your local design professional. Comes with a copyright release
which also allows the design to be modified, and traced or copied one time.
CAD Files
CAD files available in various digital formats to aid in customized changes
by your local design professional. Comes with a copyright release which also
allows the design to be modified, and traced or copied one time.
Mirror Reverse Drawings
Our blueprints, erasable vellums, and CAD files are available mirror reversed.
