Upcoming House Plans

Here are some designs we may be posting to our web site over the next few months:

Click here to download a 5MB PDF, 12 page example of the above north-facing Ben Franklin home (1.5 story, 2100 s.f.) which illustrates the new 3D services (interior & exterior) we now have for our custom designs!

Ryan's Retreat is a north-facing, 1 story with small second floor - about 2363 s.f. total.

This C2C Competition entry (about 1400 s.f., 1.5 stories) is awaitng an owner for it to be completed! We would love to finish it up to your specifications for about half the price of a custom design.

Some of the custom home designs are later posted to our web site and offered for sale.
